I installed the nv4loopfix from the nvidia forums and now i don't get the BSOD but the games freeze for a couple of seconds and when they unfreeze the textures are All rights reserved. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
Problem solved. I have a Dell Deminsion 8300 (80GB;2yrs old) running Windows XP Prof. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. Nv_disp This worked for me it seems!

His blue screen is resolved after he upgrades the BIOS and he is using DELL.
